1.Pudina 1 cup
2.Maida 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Potato boiled 1
5.Beans 6 chopped
6.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Corn flour 1/2 cup
9.Green peas 1/2 cup
10.Green chillies 2 chopped
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder
13.Red chilli powder
14.Coriander leaves
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add mashed potato,green peas,beans,onions,green chillies,pudina paste and mix well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add combine veggies and fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt,turmeric powder,carrot,red chilli powder,coriander and mix well.
4.Prepare a smooth dough by adding pudina paste,maida and salt.
5.Roll the dough ball into a thin chapathi and cut into 2 halves,stuff the fried mixture and close the ends by greasing some water,prepare a triangle like samosa.
6.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
