Menthi Aaku Mullangi Kura


1.Radish 1
2.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
3.Boiled toor dal 1/2 cup
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Oil 3 tbsp
8.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
9.Curry leaves
10.Hing a pinch
11.Dried red chillies 2
12.Lemon 1


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves and fry till nice golden brown colour.
2.Add fenugreekk leaves and fry for few minutes till leaves are tender,now add boiled radish grated and mix well.
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,hing and saute for a minute.
4.Finally add boiled toor dal and give it a good mix,cook for another 1 minute and switch off the flame.Squeeze lemon juice and give it a fine stir.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
