1.Radish 1
2.Mustard powder 1 tbsp
3.Tamarind juice
4.Oil 2 tbsp
5.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Dried red chillies 2
8.Salt to taste
9.Green chillies chopped 3
10.Sugar a pinch


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds and saute for a minute.Add dried red chillies,green chillies,curry leaves,boiled radish and mix well,fry for few minutes on medium flame.
2.Add tamarind juice,pinch of sugar  and give it a mix.Switch off the flame.Finally add dissolved mustard powder in oil and mix well.
