1.Brinjal 1/4 kilo
2.Milk 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 5
5.Garlic cloves 3
6.Dried red chillies 2
7.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
8.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
9.Cashew nuts
10.Turmeric powder
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil 3 tbsp


1.Grease some oil to the brinjals and cook directly on flame,peel the skin and keep aside in a separate bowl and mash.
2.Add milk,salt,green chilli paste,onions and mix well.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,cumin seeds,dried red chillies,cashew nuts and saute.
4.Add garlic,hing,turmeric powder,curry leaves and green chillies slits,mix well and switch off the stove.
5.Transfer the mixture into brinjal mixture and mix well.
