Mushroom Bread Rolls


1.Mushrooms 1 cup chopped
2.Potatoes boiled 2
3.Bread slices 4
4.Green chillies 3
5.Ginger 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
9.Chaat masala powder 1 tbsp
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,ginger and saute for a minute,add mushrooms and fry for few minutes.
2.Add salt,potatoes and mix well evenly.Sprinkle coriander,dry mango powder and mix well and switch off the flame.Rest aside the mixture to cool down.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,meanwhile dip the bread slices and squeeze excess water,stuff the fried mixture in bread and roll it,prepare a oval shape roll.Repeat the same process fore others.
4.Gently drop the rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Cut into 2 halves and sprinkle some chaat masala powder,Serve hot.
