Navratan Rice

Navratan Rice


1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/4 cup
3.Pineapple pieces 1/4 cup
4.Carrot 1
5.Dry fruits 20 grams
6.Freshly grated coconut
7.Spinach shredded
10.Meal maker
11.Ghee 2 tbsp
12.Green chillies 3
13.Ginger 1 tbsp
14.Pudina leaves
15.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
16.Salt to taste


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry dry fruits for few minutes till nie golden colour.
2.In the same pan add ginger,green chillies,carrot and saute for a minute.
3.Add mushrooms,spinach,soaked moong dal and fry for few minutes till tender.
4.Add pineapple,paneer,meal maker and mix well,sprinkle pepper powder,salt,pudina and give it a good stir.
5.Finally add cooked rice and mix well evenly and coat well the rice,add fried dry fruits and switch off the flame and sprinkle some coconut grated and serve hot.
