1.Aratikaya boiled 2
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Baking soda a pinch
7.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
8.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
9.Pudina leaves
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a deep bowl combine aratikaya mashed,green chilli paste,pudina,curry leaves,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add combined aratikaya mixture to the pan and fry for couple of minutes,add salt,red chilli powder and mix well.Transfer into a bowl.
4.Meanwhile prepare besan batter by adding besan,bking soda,salt.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small balls with aratikaya mixture and dip them in besan batter.
6.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,fry evenly and serve hot.
