1.Chamakura chopped 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1 cup
3.Green chillies 3
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
6.Fenugreek leaves
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Dried red chillies 2
9.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
10.Hing a pinch
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,fenugreek leaves and saute for a minute.
2.Add green chillies,dried red chillies,onions,garlic,turmeric and saute for another few minutes.
3.Add chamakura and stir fry,cover and cook till leaves are tender.Add soaked moong dal,salt,coriander powder and mix well,finally sprinkle some coriander leaves.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
