1.Raw mango grated 1 cup
2.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
3.Mustard powder 1 tbsp
4.Cumin,fenugreeek powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Bengal gram 2 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder 1/2 cup
7.Salt to taste
8.Dried red chillies 4
9.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
10.Curry leaves
11.Garlic cloves 4,Garlic paste 1 tbsp
12.Oil 1 cup


1.Heat some oil in a pan add raw mango grated,coconut and saute for few minutes till mositure oozes out.
2.Switch off the flame and keep aside to cool down.
3.Take another pour some oil in a pan,add bengal gram,dried red chillies,garlic,garlic paste,red chilli powder,mustard powder,tempering seeds,fenugreek powder,curry leaves,salt and mix well.Saute for few minutes and finally add fried mixture to the pan and mix well.Serve with hot rice.
