1.Coconut grated 1 cup
2.Rice 1/4 kilo
3.Peanuts 4 tbsp
4.Green chillies 6
5.Dried red chillies 4
6.Garlic cloves 5
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Chana dal 2 tbsp
11.Curry leaves
12.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil 4 tbsp


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,garlic paste,green chillies,dried red chillies,peanuts,chana dal,curry leaves,coriander and saute for few minutes.
2.Add coconut grated,turmeric,salt and mix well,finally add cooked rice to the frying pan and mix well evenly,coat well the rice.
3.Sprinkle some pepper powder and switch off the flame,garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
