Veg Dal Pakoda


1.Soaked chana dal 1 cup
2.Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
3.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
4.Capsicum chopped 1
5.Green peas 1/2 cup
6.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 3
10.Salt to taste
11.Garlic cloves 5
12.Coriander leaves
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Blend chana dal along with garlic,cumin seeds,green chillies,coriander seeds.
2.Now add cabbage,carrot,capsicum,green peas,curry leaves,salt to taste,coriander and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Gently drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
