Kharjuram Halwa


1.Dry dates 150 grams
2.Kova 80 grams
3.Ghee 50 grams
4.Cashew nuts 50 grams
5.Sugar 80 grams
6.Milk 1 cup
8.Cardamom powder


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add dates paste (boiled milk and dates together,prepared a smooth paste),add kova and mix well.
2.Add sugar,cardamom powder and saute for few minutes.
3.Meanwhile fry cashew nuts,badam and saute for a minute,now add dates halwa to the frying pan,mix it well,fry for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
4.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.Serve hot.
