Motichoor Ladu


1.Besan flour 1/2 kilo
2.Sugar 1/2 kilo
3.Ghee 100 grams
4.Dalda 1 kilo
5.Cardamom powder 10 grams


1.Heat sufficient dalda in a pan.
2.Meanwhile combine besan flour with water and prepare a smooth batter.
3.Now hold a strainer on top with one hand,with other pour the batter all over the holes.
4.Tap gently till all batter has fallen into pan.Stir with another strainer and remove when light golden.Keep aside.Repeat for remaining batter.
5.Prepare sugar syrup in another pan till it turns into a 2 string consistency.
6.After done pour on top of fried boondhi and mix well,sprinkle some cardamom powder.
7.Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix,when sugar starts crystalizing prepare laddoos.Serve immediately.
