1.Maida 1/2 kilo
2.Kova 100 grams
3.Oil 1/2 liter
4.Sugar 1/4 kilo
5.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Take a pan add sugar,some water as required for sugar syrup and mix well.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take a bowl add maida,kova.pinch of cardamom powder and mix well with water,prepare a stiff dough.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare small dough balls,pat it and make a dent in middle.
5.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,transfer into sugar syrup and mix well.Coat well the badushahs in sugar syrup and serve.
