Potlakaya Pala Kura


1.Potlakaya pieces 1 cup
2.Milk 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 3
5.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Red chilli powder
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions,turmeric powder and fry for a minute,now ad potlakaya pieces,salt and mix well.Add some water as required.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes,add red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder and mix well.
4.Add some milk and saute,cover and cook till milk evaporates.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
