Kakarakaya Gutti Kura


1.Kakarakayalu 1/4 kilo boiled,deseeded and fried
2.Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
3.Onions chopped 3
4.Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
5.Dried red chillies 8
6.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Blend onions,cumin seeds,salt,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,dried red chillies into a smooth paste.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add ground masala paste an fry for few minutes.
3.Switch off the flame and rest aside to cool down.Now stuff the fried masala paste into kakarakayalu and keep aside.
4.Finally place some roasted peanuts on top of masala paste and serve.
