Godhuma Kobbari Laddu


1.Wheat flour 3 cups
2.Coconut grated
3.Sugar powder 2 cups
4.Ghee 1 cup
5.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
6.Dry fruits 20 grams


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry dry fruits till nice golden brown colour and keep aside in a separate bowl.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee,now add wheat flour,coconut grated and saute for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Transfer the mixture into a separate bowl.
4.Add sugar powder,cardamom powder,fried dry fruits to the wheat flour mixture and mix well all the ingredients together and prepare laddoos by adding ghee.Serve immediately.
