Leopard caught on camera crossing border from Pakistan to India

In a rare sighting, a leopard has been captured on video crossing from Pakistan to India. According to a police official, an alarm has been raised in the Ramgarh sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district along the International Border (IB) following the leopard's sighting. The crossing occurred on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday and was captured on CCTV as the animal crossed the fencing near the Border Security Force (BSF) border outpost nursery.

Upon receiving the report from the concerned BSF unit, all border police posts were immediately notified, and local residents were informed about the presence of the leopard. People have been advised to take necessary precautions while moving around, especially during the night.
