Pakistani drone with payload shot down in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua

Terror groups operating in Pakistan are said to have devised innovative methods to ensure they can continue to deliver weaponry. In this backdrop, a Pakistani drone carrying a payload was suspected in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, just after crossing the International Border into India, according to police. It was shot right away in the Kathua district.

According to sources, a police search party detected the movement of a drone from the border in the Talli Hariya Chak region within the authority of the Rajbagh police station in the morning and fired at it, according to a police spokesperson. They feared the drone was carrying explosives.
