Minister Botsa on High Court over AP capital final judgement
Botsa Satyanarayana, the minister of municipal administration in Andhra Pradesh, stated on Friday that the state government is dedicated to developing the concept of three state capitals.
In a press conference on Friday, the Minister reiterated that the government's fundamental goal is to decentralise governance. He stated that the State administration has particular authority to decide on the State capital and referred to the Central government's statement in Parliament on the subject. He stated that the legal experts will consider this in the future. The Minister indicated that they will examine the topics that are practicable in response to the court's decision, which asked the government to hand over constructed plots with all essential amenities to farmers within three months.
In response to a question on whether the State government will appeal the High Court ruling to the Supreme Court, the Minister stated that it is too early to say.
