Mudragada Padmanabham thanks AP CM Jagan

Mudragada Padmanabham, a Kapu movement leader and former minister, praised Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for dismissing the cases brought in 2016 in connection with the Tuni railway station incident. He added that they were wrongfully accused of a crime that they did not commit, and that the cases that were brought against them in the past were illegal. Mudragada expressed his gratitude in the letter for the discharge of all cases relating to the Kapu movement.
'The Chief Minister appeared in the appearance of God and exonerated them,' stated the Kapu leader. Mudragada further indicated that he would be unable to meet with YS Jagan in person.
It may be recalled that, upon taking office in May 2019, the AP administration led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that the cases brought against the Kapu agitators will be dropped.
