CM KCR to hold conference with officials to prevent drug circulation in Telangana
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is likely to hold a conference meeting with state police and excise officials today at Pragathi Bhavan over measures to action to eliminate drug abuse. According to the reports, CM KCR, ministers and other officials will take part in the meeting and direct the police and excise officials to prevent drug peddlers and usage.
Earlier, CM KCR said that the culprits in the narcotics cases should be punished irrespective of their status. He further ordered the officials to prepare a special action plan for implementing the measures.
