Three killed, several injured in explosion on warship INS Ranvir

Mumbai: In a tragic incident, three navy personnel were killed and several injured severely after an explosion took place on board the Indian Navy's destroyer ship INS Ranvir. According to the reports, an explosion took place in an internal compartment onboard INS Ranvir and killed three persons. It is learned that no major material was damaged in the incident.

As per the sources, the incident took place around 4:30 pm and officials ordered a probe to trace out the cause behind the explosion. As per the statement released, the crew in the ship reacted immediately and took the situation under control.
