CM Jagan speaks after launching online registration services for lands
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy dedicated new land records related to 29,563 acres of land that were re-surveyed after 100 years under the YSR Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku and Bhu Raksha Pathakam on Tuesday. From the CM Camp office in Tadepalli, Guntur district, he also began property registration services in 37 villages. Land registrations will now begin in 37 localities where the resurvey of the land has been completed. The land resurveys across the state are planned to be completed in stages by June 2023. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, speaking at the launch of real estate registration services on Tuesday, said there had been reports of tampering with land records.
AP CM said there are no established borders or rights to land, and only 90% of the lawsuits are civil in nature. Land disputes can be resolved if the lands are clearly designated in a scientific manner. Duplication of land records may be eliminated provided everyone is given an identifying number, according to the Chief Minister,
