Supreme Court Chief Justice NV Ramana visits Vijayawada Kanaka Durga temple

Chief Justice of India Justice N.V. Ramana on Saturday offered prayers at the Kanaka Durga temple in Vijayawada. CJI, dressed in traditional attire and accompanied by his wife, paid his respects to goddess Mahalakshmi atop Indrakeeladri hill. The couple participated in temple ceremonies and was blessed by temple priests.

The CJI and his wife have been greeted by temple officials. They afterwards greeted him and gave him prasadam and mementoes.

Prashant Kumar Mishra, Chief Justice of the AP High Court, Transport Minister Perni Nani, Endowments Secretary Vani Mohan, Endowment Commissioner Hari Jawaharlal, and others welcomed the CJI.
