Daily hearings in Telangana High Court on pending petitions against CM Jagan
The Telangana High Court is set to hear the writ petitions filed against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on a daily basis from Thursday, following the directions of the Supreme Court. Around 40 petitions will be heard by the High Court in the next two months.
So far, the CM has personally appeared once in the CBI court. Every time, he sought exemption from personal appearance citing that he is in a constitutional post. Jagan Reddy may appear in the High Court if he is not given exemption.
