Doctors saved goldfish from going blind after operating for 1 hour
In a rare surgery, doctors performed the operation to a 12-year-old goldfish named Dottie and saved her eyesight. According to the reports, the owner of the goldfish Caroline McHugh, a resident of Glasgow in Scotland is a veterinary doctor by profession one day found the left eye of his fist turned red and he took her to the hospital and it revealed that the fist had a large tumour in her eye.
It is said that it may be lost eyesight if the tumour was not removed by surgery. The doctor performed the operation to her with small tools and it was kept in a fish tank which was mixed with sedation powder. Water was given in the gills with help of a syringe. Finally, the doctor removed the tumour and it was recovered within three days.
