Revanth Reddy warns police officials over arrest of Congress activists
Telangana Congress president Revanth Reddy visited Jubilee Hills police station in Hyderabad on Wednesday and spoke to Banjara Hills ACP over the arrest of the Congress activists. He asked police officials as to why task force cops took the Congress workers into custody without registering FIRs against them.
The TPCC chief found fault with the police for arresting his party workers when the anti-social elements had attacked his house in the guise of the TRS activists. He warned to take serious disciplinary action against those police officials, who are violating rules on the instructions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Municipal Administration Minister K T Rama Rao, once the Congress comes to power.
