Educational institutions can conduct offline classes following guidelines: Telangana High Court
Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Tuesday made key comments over the state government issued G.O directing the educational institutions to reopen the offline classes from September 1. After hearing the petition, the High Court gave a green signal to the schools to reopen the offline classes following Covid-19 induced guidelines. The Court ordered the state government not to take action against the institutions which deny reopening the institutions.
The Court left the final decision of conducting online and offline classes to the discretion of the educational institutions only. The Court further directed the management not to take action against the students who fail to attend the offline classes. The state High Court not to open Gurukuls and hostels and asked to submit detailed reports regarding the facilities in the hostels and Gurukuls within one month.
