AP Minister Botsa comments on three capitals
The state government of Andhra Pradesh is determined to go ahead with its three capitals issue. Botsa Satyanarayana, Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, has confirmed this. During a press conference, the Minister said that the state government is committed to developing all thirteen districts. He said they will carry out the action plan on three capitals under the limitations of the court verdict.
The administration had passed legislation in the assembly establishing Visakhapatnam as the executive capital and Kurnool as the judicial capital, while Amaravati remained the legislative capital.
