Felicitation of the Tokyo Olympics medal winners by Sports Ministry

The Olympic medalists for Tokyo 2020 were honoured today at Dhyan Chand Stadium by the Sports Authority of India (August 9). The Sports Authority of India has honoured all Olympic medalists, including Neeraj Chopra, Bajrang Punia, PV Sindhu, Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borogohain, Ravi Kumar Dahiya, men's hockey team (SAI). The coaches of the winners were also felicitated on the occasion. The winning players have shared their emotions on the occasion after their successful journey.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympics were a tremendous success, which came to a conclusion on Sunday (August 8), with India finishing in 48th place and returning with its best-ever Olympic performance, collecting as many as 7 medals (1 gold, 4 bronze and 2 silver).
