CBI court adjourns hearing on MP Raju’s plea to cancel CM Jagan’s bail to Aug 25
Hyderabad: After hearing arguments over the petition filed by YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju seeking to cancel the bail of AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the CBI court here on Friday adjourned the hearing to August 25.
The CBI officials today submitted a counter-affidavit to the court and requested the judge to consider the memo and left the decision to his discretion. It is known that advocates of Jagan and MP Raju have already submitted the written arguments to court. The CBI court may announce verdict on August 25.
