Tokyo Olympics: Archer Pravin Jadhav beats world No. 2 Galsan Bazarchapov
Pravin Jadhav, an Indian archer, is having a spectacular performance in the Tokyo Olympics. He has advanced to the last-32 of the men's individual archery competition in Tokyo on Wednesday with a 6-0 victory against World No.2 Russian Galsan Bazarchapov.
Bazarchapov, who was competing under the ROC flag, only had two tens in nine arrows, including a seven in the opening set. Jadhav, on the other hand, demonstrated consistency with his performance, shooting four 10s out of nine arrows.
In the round of 32, Pravin Jadhav will play World No. 1 Brady Ellison of the United States.
