Stones thrown at Devineni Uma's car; Chandrababu reacts

Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, a prominent TDP politician and former minister, was reportedly stoned at Krishna district's G. Kondur area. While checking mining activities in Kondapalli forest, reportedly YSRCP activists stopped Uma's car at Gadda Manuga village. Some individuals encircled the car and threw stones at it. The assault shattered the windows of Uma's car. TDP activists rushed to the site. It has raised tension like situation. The police intervened and dispersed both groups.
Devineni Uma was enraged at the event. The assailants, he alleged, were supporters of Mylavaram MLA Vasantha Krishnaprasad. On the other hand, TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu has strongly condemned the incident and wrote a letter to state DGP to initiate action against the faulters.
