A Magistrate & Army Major set example; get married in just Rs.500 at MP
People go far beyond in order to have a big fat Indian wedding. On the other hand, a couple has set an example against the concept. In a modest ceremony, Dhar city Magistrate Shivangi Joshi married Indian Army Major Aniket Chaturvedi in a court. The couple barely spent Rs 500 on their wedding. The little sum was utilised to buy just garlands and sweets. Their marriage has sent a message to society about the importance of not wasting money on extravagant wedding rituals.
Army Major currently posted in Ladakh. Their marriage was supposed to be held two years before, but it could not be held due to covid-19.
