Darbhanga blast case: NIA arrested two LeT terrorists from Hyderabad
Two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists living in Hyderabad were apprehended on Wednesday in connection with the Darbhanga railway station explosion earlier this month in Bihar. According to sources, Imran Malik alias Imran Khan and his brother Mohammad Nasir Khan were part of a plot devised by senior operatives of the banned terrorist outfit to carry out terror attacks throughout India.
The detained culprits manufactured an improvised explosive device (IED) and wrapped it in a bundle of cloth, and placed it in the train. According to reports, Nasir Khan visited Pakistan in 2012 and got instructions from LeT handlers to manufacture IEDs using locally accessible chemicals. He and his brother Imran spoke with them through social media sites using encrypted codes.
