Inter Exams: AP govt submits affidavit in Supreme Court
The government notified the top court on Wednesday that the Board conduct the Andhra Pradesh Inter Exams 2021, a day after the Supreme Court asked the Andhra Pradesh government to finalize its decision on holding class 12 or AP intermediate exams based on health aspects of students. The government lawyer has informed the SC that corona cases are declining in the state. He said that 15 to 20 students will be allowed in the examination classroom and added that a social distance of a minimum of 5 feet between each student would be maintained. He said the government would not give weightage on the internal marks in line with ICSE and CBSE. The lawyer also said that Inter marks would be given importance in the EAMCET exam. SC has made it clear to conduct the exam only if proper safety measures are taken.
