‘Baba ka Dhaba’ owner admitted to hospital after reportedly taking pills
New Delhi: Baba Ka Dhaba owner Kanta Prasad was allegedly attempted suicide. He was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital and undergoing treatment. According to the reports, he consumed alcohol and took anti-anxiety pills. It is not yet clear that he tried to end his life or overdosed accidentally. His family members said that he was in depression and under pressure due to financial problems.
Doctors said that he was critical but stable. It is known that he got fame last year after a YouTuber shared their story. Many people supported him through donations and he opened a new restaurant. But, his new business was failed and is the reason for his depression.
