Telangana govt likely to lift lockdown after June 20
Hyderabad: Amid decrease in Covid-19 positive cases, the Telangana government is contemplating to lift lockdown restrictions including night curfew from June 20 onwards. According to the reports, the positivity rate has come down to one per cent in the state. Official sources say state government may continue the night curfew from 9 pm to 6 am for another ten days or it may completely lift the restrictions.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will take a decision on easing lockdown based on the report submitted by health officials and after taking opinions of ministers. Meanwhile, the CM will launch village visits from June 20 to monitor Palle Pragathi works.
