AP High Court grants bail to ex-Judge Ramakrishna, bars from speaking to media
Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to former Judge Ramakrishna with a surety of Rs 50,000. It is known that the police arrested him under sedition charges in April.
The High Court directed Ramakrishna to support officials during the investigation and not to interact with media regarding the case. Earlier, the police registered a case against Ramakrishna under IPC Section 124A for trying to incite hatred among the people in the state against constitutionally elected Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and took him into custody.
