CM Jagan to launch YSR Jagananna Colonies project today
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to launch the YSR Jagananna Colonies project on Thursday (June 3) virtually. According to the reports, the state government is going to construct 15.6 lakh houses at a cost of Rs 28,084 crore in the first phase. The CM directed the officials to complete the first phase by June 2022.
Earlier, the YSRCP government distributed house sites to 30.76 lakh beneficiaries. Jagan aims to fulfil his promise 'Pedalandariki Illu' by June 2023. A total of 28,30,227 houses with a cost of Rs 50,944 crore will be constructed in both phases.
