Curfew extended till June 15 in Chittoor district; relaxation hours reduced by two hours

Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy said on Saturday that curfew extended in Chittoor district till June 15. Speaking to the media, he stated that curfew relaxation hours also reduced by two hours. People will be allowed to come out of their houses from 6 am to 10 am every day till June 15, he mentioned.
The minister said that curfew extended to regulate vehicle moment from neighbouring Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states. “People from other states have to enter Chittoor district after obtaining e-passes from AP police,” he added. Earlier, Peddireddy has distributed ₹10 lakh ex-gratia as FDs to children, who lost their parents to coronavirus.
