CBI Ex JD Laxminarayana comments on the arrest issue of MP Raghurama Krishna Raju

CBI Ex Joint Director VV Laxminarayana said in the law of court; all are equal, irrespective of MP, MLA or others. Reacting to the arrest issue of the Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishna Raju by AP CID Police officials, the former IPS officer said after the arrest only, the same can be intimated to the Lok Sabha, not before it. He said the arrest of MP can be made after taking permission from the Parliament only when the session runs. VV Laxminarayana said, as the cases are linked to the court, the arrest news can be given to the court by the investigation body.
No special privileges are considered for anyone in the court of law, the former CBI JD clarified. He has asserted the special rulings of the Supreme Court dealing with any case.
