Centre’s ‘immunity-boosting’ diet plan: Explained
As the nation struggles with the second wave of COVID-19, health authorities have recommended healthy eating habits to boost immunity since the pandemic began. Health authorities have claimed that eating habits ascertain how our body functions and how it acts against viruses and other germs. They said that a balanced diet and healthy food enhances the immunity to fight off diseases and infections.
The central government has once again issued guidelines and noted some food items to be healthy and have good resistance.
