NIN Scientist Dr Laxmaiah shares about immunity based food
HYDERABAD: Immunity is one of the most searching keywords on the internet during the Coronavirus pandemic. Many news and rumours are doing rounds on social media over immunity foods. National Institute of Nutrition scientist Dr Laxmaiah shared some useful information about immunity based food. He stated that food-based vitamins and minerals rather than in the form of tablets.
He said that one can download dietary guidelines for Indians from the NIN website. He stated that one should have at least 400 grams of fruits and vegetable per day.
