Mamata slams PM Modi, Amit Shah over Cooch Behar violence
Amid the fourth phase of West Bengal assembly elections, four people were killed as CISF personnel allegedly opened fire after coming under attack from locals outside a polling booth in West Bengal's Cooch Behar district.
Meanwhile, BJP MP Locket Chatterjee’s car was attacked at Chunchura in Hooghly and bricks hurled at her car allegedly by Trinamool workers. According to the latest update, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee pledged to probe into Coch Behar violence. During the press conference, Mamata blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for violence.
