Chandrababu responsible for decrease of land rates in AP: Kodali Nani
Minister Kodali Nani blamed TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu for decrease in land rates in Andhra Pradesh. Talking to reporters, he said that former chief minister was responsible for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh as he gave letter to the then Congress-led UPA government agreeing for division of the state.
After state bifurcation, Chandrababu created hype for Amaravati leading to increase in land rates, he slammed. Nani stated that one acre of land in Amaravati went up from Rs 20 lakh to 5 crores where as in other parts of the state, land rates fell from Rs 20 lakh to 10 lakhs.
