Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju reacts to CBI case, full interview
YSRCP rebel MP from Narasapuram Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju said that 60 per cent of consortium banks are didn't complained and didn't agree to the request of the SBI. Speaking to the interview, MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju said that they filed an FIR based on the circular which is in suspend position now. He recalled that the SC told that without any preliminary investigation there should be no FIR to be filed. He added that YS Jaganmohan Reddy is behind the case.
It is known that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a case against Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju for allegedly defrauding banks of Rs 237.84 crore. SBI Deputy General Manager Chennai filed a complaint. Cases have been filed against MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, and his firm Ind Barath Power Gencom Ltd.
