Kamareddy: Armed Reserve SI dies of Covid-19
Raghavendra, who is working as an Armed Reserve SI in Kamareddy district headquarters, succumbed to the novel and deadly coronavirus in Hyderabad on Friday. On March 22, he was admitted to a private hospital after he complained of fever and cold. As his health condition deteriorated, Raghavendra was shifted to the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) in Gachibowli. The Telangana government had declared temporary closure of schools, colleges, and universities except medical colleges with the spike in coronavirus cases. However, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao announced on Friday that lockdown will not be imposed in the state.
