CM Jagan inaugurates Kurnool Airport, services to start from March 28
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated the Orvakal Airport in Kurnool on Thursday. It was developed on 1,008 acres with a cost of Rs 153 crore. The airport has four aprons for parking aircrafts.
Ministers Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, Mekapati Goutham Reddy, and Gummanur Jayaram, ruling party MPs and MLAs were present during the inauguration. It is the sixth airport to come up in the state. While addressing the public meeting, the CM enlisted various facilities available for passengers travelling through Kurnool airport. The air services would start at airport from March 28.
